Using Microsoft Remote Desktop App on iPad with RDP files downloaded from PAM BeyondTrust

As per title.

Need help on how to use iPad to RDP to company resources that are protected by PAM system, BeyondTrust where RDP sessions can only be initiated using RDP files downloaded from said PAM.

Managed to launch the app and make connection to server. But encounter session ended due to protocol error. Error code: 0x510d.

3.Can your Mac computer or windows device remote access the destination server successfully ?

Yes both MacBook and Windows device can download the RDP file from the PAM system and launch the RDP client using said file to access the destination server successfully.

"Privileged Access Management from BeyondTrust"

Since this is third party related RDP file.
is it possible, we use other RDP file not from "Privileged Access Management from BeyondTrust" to remote access your local computer or your target computer, then check the result?

Not possible because these are secured company resources.

Does the error code provide any indication?

4.If we remote access other VM or computers(like home PC) without using PAM BeyondTrust rdp file, will the same issue happen?

5.Error code: 0x510d.
I can't find any information about this error code, so I think this is a new issue, please post this issue in below forum.
