Please verify what you mean by this: it started loading funny meaning that I couldn't access my emails because the UI interface seems to be having some problems with it's coding and is covering all the emails I need to get to. Did you get an error message?
If yes, what are the complete details of the error message? This will help us identify what could possibly causing the issue.
We'd like to ask you to
sign in with the affected account to the Status page to check if there are issues within Outlook.com that might have caused you this issue. If the page everything seems normal, please answer these questions.
- Aside from your Phone and your computer, are you experiencing the same issue on another desktop computer?
- Did you make any recent changes either to your Microsoft account or to your computer? IF yes, please give us details about it.
- Do other accounts experience the same issue when accessed on your computer?
