MSDN Forum : Sharepoint User Permission issue

Question

Hello Everyone,

We are having a SharePoint 2013 Farm.
With One Web Application hosting the site collections.
So, for permission related things we have a third party application which will be running and If we need to add users to our site level.
Based on that tool we will add the user next day the permission will be set for the users on all the site collections.
Now, the problem here is for some users the permission which is setting on next day on one site collection but for one site collection the permission setting is taking additional of 2 more day to set in the SP level.
Now can anyone give us the suggessions to be checked in our farm.
