If you did not set a scheduled time for the release date of your app, the whole process might last 24-48 hours before your app is available in the Store.

The Schedule section on the Pricing and availability page lets you set the precise date and time that your app should become available in the Store. There is a Release drop-down in the Schedule section, you can set when you want your app to be available in the Store. You could check this document for the detailed options: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/publish/configure-precise-release-scheduling#release
