fetchxml parameter - search free text and get all back

I hope someone could help me.

I have a report for D365 in fetchxml.
I want to use the "KRG" parameter and the user wants to search free text.
So into the dataset: <condition attribute="new_KRGname" operator="like" value="anonymous user" />

then I search with a % as a wildcard - so I get all entries with a text - but not the entries without a text > is there a way to search free text and get all entries with and without text?

    I am not sure if you are using SSRS products. I am not familiar with fetchxml and D365. I am sorry that I cannot provide useful help.
