Error reported when using pivot tables. Document saved to personal Onedrive. When saved to local disk the pivot works.
What could be the cause for pivot to not work?

The file is saved to Onedrive, when accessed and pivot table used, the results are not correct.
When the file is copied to local disk the pivot table works

As far as I know not all kind of data links are working in Excel in browser, I suggest you check this article and confirm if your data link kind is not support in it. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/differences-between-using-a-workbook-in-the-browser-and-in-excel-f0dc28ed-b85d-4e1d-be6d-5878005db3b6

Did you mean when you try to download Excel Workbook from OneDrive to local, the PivotTable didn't not work?
What kind of data source did you use for the PivotTable?
Did the data source store in existed Workbook?
I suggest you try to create a new Workbook in local with the same data source and PivotTable and let me know the result.
