IIS | Webpage login authentication Issue

Hi,

I am unable to login to a web page in first try. During first 3 attempts I get "Invalid Username or Password" error, In 4th attempt the login is successful with same username and password. W3SVC logs contain 302 error code for the time this URL is hit from initial 3 failed attempts.
