    Hi,
    If we right click the driver and check for update, does it also have a yellow exclamation mark?
    Generally, the YELLOW exclamation mark means that a driver is not compatible with the system or software.
    Also try to disable driver signature enforcement to check.

    Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.

    hi carl,
    when i right click the driver it doesnt always give me update option or even uninstall option, when i restart it does so when i try to update as you suggested it does not find update,

    i should tell you that we manage to SOLVE this problem today,
    i dont know if that was the only issue because in one laptop restart fixed the problem and the other 3 laptop it did not,

    the solution that did help was to exit TREND MICRO SECURITY AGENT(OUR ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE), then we reinstall easy access and it worked, restarted trend micro after that did no problem,

    this is strange because all pc's has trend micro installed but only certain laptops had this issue.

    thanks and BR,

    Assaf

    @AssafHuri-7076 Hi,
    Thank you for your information.
    Glad to hear that you have found a solution and thank you for sharing it here.
    Yes, some vendor security software sometimes will prevent some service, process running or driver file to be installed by default. Itself will consider this dangerous file and block. It's like not having Driver Signature, so the system can't be installed.
    Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
    Best Regards,
    Carl
