PROBLEM 1

Hi ! I live in Pakistan and I have activated security codes to be sent on my phone for verification and my real problem is that I am getting those texts in Urdu instead of English which is really annoying and it slows down my phone so my question is that is there anyway to change that?

PROBLEM 2

Sometimes while Im using my email on desktop e.g web browser and cick on profile it shows me everything in Urdu instead of English which is really hard to read, I changed the language back to English US MANY TIMES but somehow it reverts back to Urdu.

PROBLEM 3

I have Authenticator app but when ever I use the code from the app it says "Too many invalid codes enter" then i have to use Send Code to Phone, which again brings me back to PROBLEM 1 !!!

I REQUEST MICROSOFT TO STOP CHANGING MY LANGUAGE TO URDU FORCEFULLY I DONT USE IT AND I DONT WANT IT !

We appreciate your response. To better understand your concern, we need to ask you a few more questions:

    • Are you encountering the issue on all websites? If not, which websites are affected?
    • How do you normally change the language?

    We'll wait for your reply.

I guess you are not understanding the issue!! Why would I want to change my language from English to Urdu? Its only happening with my Microsoft account no matter what browser i use and which device I use! I change language back to English US and it automatically reverts back to Urdu! I did that like 100 times!!! It won't stave English but turns to Urdu!
