do not have an active Mobile Threat Defense connector

Hello Do I need a paid MTD Service in order to use the following Device health Compliance setting in my Compliance policies or does M365 include something with my subscription that I can use?

For this issue, I have done a lot of research. I find that the Mobile Threat Defense partners are listed in the following link:

When we click on each partner, we will find the prerequisites about subscription. We take "Lookout for Work" as an example, it shows we need to get the following subscriptions:

For Lookout Mobile Endpoint Security enterprise subscription, it is needed to contact the 3rd party to get, and M365 doesn't provide this subscription.
