Since O365 has been updated, there is no "Options| Organize email|D elivery reports. Or, in Options| MAIL|L ayout, there is no Delivery reports."  There is just Settings|Mail, with no Delivery report options.  How does a user check the delivery status of sent messages in OWA?

Thanks.

Thanks, but setting a message option when sending a message, is not acceptable.  Our users use Outlook for the vast majority of their message needs, but may check OWA for a delivery report after hours.  Also, just requesting a delivery report does not provide the info on whether it was read, or not.  The user must also select "Request a Read Receipt", which if the recipient selects "No", then the sender still has no idea if it was read, or not.

Why would Microsoft remove this function in the current version of OWA?  I will provide feedback at the link you provided, but experience tells me not to hold my breath.

    Hi Plong,

I checked my test account and found no such setting of delivery report in Outlook Web App (OWA) like the previous version. However, to check delivery status of sent messages, you can choose Show message options > Request a delivery receipt when you compose a message. Here’re some screenshots as shown below:

Besides, if you have any concerns about the feature displayed in the previous OWA, we suggest you provide  your feedback via the following link:

    Best regards,
