We are troubleshooting this issue where our website hangs only on client pc and it works well for us,when we check our Client's console , some weird functions are executing and we daily see the same messages like

config load end swbtest pcgc na

We don't have access to client machine. Client claims there are no plugins or extensions , any pointers on how to troubleshoot this issue

For better understanding the issue, I want to confirm something with you:

Does the issue occur in other browsers such as Chrome/Firefox or it only occur in Edge?

Can you ask your client to open your website in InPrivate window to see if the issue is the same?

How do you publish the website to make it run in your pc and client's pc?

In case you are facing any issue with the website in the Microsoft Edge, make sure report it using the feedback option in the Microsoft Edge.
