Thank you for your quick response;

I would like to take a couple of lines to put my query in context. For a little over 6 years now, my company has been servicing telephone exchanges, both with inbound and outbound calls, through the use of artificial intelligence voice assistants.

However, one of the biggest complaints and demands from customers and users, is the modulation, tonality and voice itself, so I would like to use those that Microsoft has, as the naturalness and clarity are brutal !!!.

I have already successfully integrated the Google ones, which are very good, but I need to clarify, which one is more pleasing to people.
