I posted log above (fragment of it). How can i solve this problem? I am using Visual Studio Code 2019.

Hi @Mon Dot ,

Are you installing 15.7 version of Visual Studio?

The error code seems like a known issue which has been fixed in new release.

If yes, you may install the new version of VS2019 for a try.
