Unable to add Task by planner in a teams channel

Hi Team,

I am unable to add Task by planner in a teams channel( private or public ), I got the following error msg " We couldn't save your tab settings. Please try again " . My colleague is having the same issue. I was able before but today not.
Could you please help?

    Does this problem only happen on a specific team or all the teams?

    If it exists in one team, you could contact team owners to try the workaround to change certain owner’s role to member and add Planner again. If works, then change role back.

    If all teams have the same problem, try to access Planner app by this link https://tasks.office.com/. If users has problem to access Planner, confirm with IT admin to check the health status of Planner in Microsoft 365 admin center > Health: Service health.

    I had the same problem. I recognized in the planner app, that i couldn't add a new Planner to the team group. My solution was to add me as a group member (i was owner of the group but not a Member).
