Help us protect your account

Since you're trying to access sensitive info, you need to use a security code to verify your identity. How would you like to receive your code?

I don't want to replace my security info, but to cancel it I need a code. There are no options under the question and the next button is unclickable. I keep checking my email, but it seems like Microsoft isn't sending me the code.

Select the error you need help with and fill out the requested details on the next page. 

You need to be signed in with a Microsoft account to access the form.

If you are unable to access your primary account, you can use an alternate account (if you have one) or create a new one.
