Hello community,

I am sorry, I am a bit new to this, so please overlook 'stupid questions'.
My goal is currently to use an Azure Desktop in order to do accelerated graphics processing while rendering an image with a software called 'Lumion3D'.
Does anyone have experience with such a request?
I created a VM type 'Standard NV4as_v4' with Windows 10 20h2-pro.
Should that work in general? Which type would you recommend / how can I reach it? I created a 'Trial' wit 200USD 'start money', but for most configurations it says 'not included'. I am of course willing to pay per usage (it breaks often down to 0,20-1 USD / h). I changed my trial subsription to a 'basic' one 0 USD recurring fee but of course e.g. pay per usage.
My second problem is, that I cannot install Lumion3D - it downloads the setup / downloader (tool), but it will just not open the file - no matter what I try. It shows the process 'installer' for a second in the task manager and then it's gone without opening a window.

Thank you very much for your help!

Anja

Update: Installing Lumion works when first having installed the correct GPU drivers: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/windows/n-series-amd-driver-setup
