Unread Email Notification

In a day we receive plenty of emails , out of which rush emails, project emails, clarification email and so on. There are chances we might miss to reply or acknowledge the emails, which can lead to escalations.

So my suggestion is as below:

If we can do something in Outlook with the help of IT team to show the   pop-up message if we have not replied to any emails by synchronizing the   subject lines of Inbox items and sent items, we can avoid escalations and can   delight the customers by replying<br> to all the emails within TAT. which will   lead to build the good relationship and trust with the customers.

Can this is done ? if so how ? Please share your thoughts.

As you said below our computer is connected to a domain network, email account configured in Outlook (Exchange) and for the third question we can move the mails but my question is can we get a pop up message if any mail is unread for longer time(30min).

I would like to know if the computer is connected to a domain network.

What type of email account configured in Outlook (POP3, IMAP, MAPI or Exchange)?

You will have to manually synchronizing the subject lines of Inbox items and sent items.
