Hello,

There is an issue in email delivery just for a single mailbox. No other users have no issues.

    It points that the mailbox is on litigation hold and has exceeded the Recoverable Items quota. Given your situation, I advise you to increase the Recoverable Items quota for mailboxes on hold and check whether it assists or not. For the complete steps, you can refer to the below link:

    I would move the mailbox to another database if you can.

    If not or that doesnt work, run a repair:
