AUTENTICADOR DA MICROSOFT

Infelizmente troquei de celular e baixei o autenticador de Microsoft no novo aparelho e não volto minha autenticação de 2 fatores no aplicativo e agora estou sem poder acessar minha conta do Facebook mesmo tendo a senha e o login pq não tenho o código ... Teria alguma forma de me ajudar?
