Do you mean the meeting recording cannot not appear in chat history even you ending Teams meeting like the following picture?
Could you confirm with other attendees to check if they can see this recording on Streams?
If they can’t see that recording either, I suggest you use compliance and eDiscovery for retrievalling meeting recordings. Please contact your admins and let them follow steps as below:
- Go to https://protection.office.com and sign in using Office 365 admin email address and password.
- Click Search > Content search.
- On the Search page, click the arrow next to + New search
- Click New search in the drop-down list.
- Under Search query, specify the following things and look for the keyword "recording" in the subject line of the item.
- Click Save & Run
