Hi,
This title cannot be modified in SQL Server 2019 MDS.
I tried to find setting to change this title in my environment, but unfortunately I did not find this setting or a method.
Also I haven't seen any document or post explaining how to change the title of SQL Server 2019 Master Data Services in the web portal.
