2019-10-11T10:23:32+00:00 Hi
We are not using All the three versions on the same PC. While we used to get this error in all three of them.
We have installed Outlook 2016, 2013 and office 365 in the different user machine. And the issue is that when we try to change the view from Outlook View to Sharepoint View we used to get this error and we get this error in all the versions. Please Help us to fix this issue.

2019-10-11T12:55:43+00:00 Hi Kani Mudaliar,
Many thanks for your prompt reply.
Regarding "the issue is that when we try to change the view from Outlook View to Sharepoint View we used to get this error and we get this error in all the versions.", may I confirm whether you are using a same third party add-ins in all versions of affected machines?
If so, to isolate whether this issue is related with this specific add-ins, please start Outlook in safe mode to see if the issue persists.
In addition, you can also try repairing your Outlook client to see if it helps. For detailed steps, please see: Repair an Office application.
If the issue persists, please kindly provide following information to us for better help you:
- When does this issue happen? When opening Outlook or “changing to SharePoint view"?
- How do you change from Outlook view to SharePoint view? Please capture a GIF or small video and share the GIF or video with us so we can understand your scenario better.
- Regarding office 365 and office 2016, did you download the office applications from office 365 portal via this link: https://www.office.com/?auth=2? Please send us a screenshoot of the affected Outlook client version. You can find the version information in File > Office Account.
Regards,
Jennifer

2019-10-11T13:20:47+00:00 Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
Yes, we are using the Third-party Add-in called Colligo in which there is functionality called "Change view" it is a kind of toggling once we click on it, it toggles between two views One in Outlook view and another one in SharePoint view. The issue is that whenever we click on it, script error is generated. Irrespectively script error is generated in all the versions.
