Hi,
I signed up for a free Azure subscription in my personal account, but somehow it got linked to my company's Azure profile.
This subscription only appears when I sign in using my work e-mail, but I receive alerts about this subscription in my personal e-mail.
I sent a ticket 15 days ago about this issue with no answer.
Today I activated my Visual Studio Professional with GitHub Enterprise $50 monthly credit Subscription within my work e-mail, but when I try to add a Visual Studio Professional Subscription to my Azure work account, Azure portal says I am not eligible for this offer.
I am afraid these issues could be related. I sent a ticket through Azure Portal with my work e-mail, but is there anything I could do to solve these problems?
Any advise on how I can proceed would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
Hi, Christopher!
Thank you for your response.
I signed in into Azure Portal, and each account only shows its respective Directory.
In my personal account I couldn't find any reference to my work email.
In my personal account I found that in the Add Subscription menu, the Select Offer button in the Free trial is enabled, but I can't create the subscription because I am not eligible anymore.
In my work account, the Select Offer button is disabled. But every message about the free subscription within my work account goes to my personal email.
@Catia Yamamura Could you please share the ticket numbers with us?
Hi, SadiqhAhmed!
I sent the Support request ID 2106020040005030 with my personal account in jun 2. At that time I created an Azure free subscription with my personal account but the subscription got into my work account.
With my work account I sent the Support request ID 2106240040004457 in jun 24 about Azure not allowing me to add a Visual Studio subscription.
