Hi,

I'm trying to import my school schedule/calendar into my Outlook 2016 app on my Mac

The file they school provides and instructions they give say I need to import a .csv file by selecting options the app does not give me

The app only gives me to option to import a .olm file or .pst file, what should I do

Is there a way to at least convert the csv file to olm or pst? If so I can't find a way to

The school only provides the .csv file fyi

You can import the csv in Contacts on your Mac, then select all the contacts and drag them to a folder on the desktop to create a .VCF file.

You can then drag that VCF file to the Contact list in Outlook to import them all.

    Hello,

This is Dasiel, a Microsoft Community fellow willing to assist you.

The instructions provided to you to import the calendar are for Outlook PC no Outlook for MAC. I am afraid you won't be able to convert the .csv file into either .pst or .olm, but they should be able to export that information into a .pst file. I recommend you to let them know about your issue and they may provide a workaround.

    Thanks.

Mac has limited import capabilities - those instructions are for Windows. If you have access to windows, you could import to a pst and then import the pst on the mac.

If you have an outlook.com or exchange mailbox, import it in outlook on the web and it will sync down to the desktop.
