The list of supported AMD processors that you mentioned (Windows 11 Supported AMD Processors) is the current official up-to-date list of supported processors and that is all information there is for now.
Do note that the list may still be updated and is most likely not finished yet, as Microsoft has probably not tested/verified all processors yet.
Also note that you'll need TPM, according to AMD's Robert Hallock, even if you don't have TPM 2.0, most Ryzen motherboards have fTPM 1.2 at a minimum which should work with Windows 11 operating system with ease
