UWP - Stream video to AWS S3 Bucket

Hi,

We need to broadcast our UWP app screen recording to another UWP app. For that we are planning to Stream it through S3 bucket. Can you please tell me what is the method I need to use for streaming it to S3. Can I do it using StartRecordToCustomSinkAsync or is there a different way to do it through AWS SDK, like TransferUtility?
Please let me know the standard/latest way to broadcast a video stream through the S3 bucket from UWP.
