Hi All,

I am facing strange issue with my outlook need support to resolve this long pending issue.

I created folders manually so that after reading mails from inbox i will move them my self but outlook sometime does this automatically. I clear all rules but still the same.

Done all below still issue not resolved.

Configured profile again

Checked from OWA nothing in it

Checked from server no rule from shell for any user as well

Checked using MFcmapi & clear all hidden rules as well

Added new rule where I am in not in to >> drop in inbox

Nothing in the global rules

I am stuck !!!

    Hi Imran Iftikhar (Imran.Iftikhar),

    You can check this thread.

    https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Exchange/BCC-Foldering-Agent/m-p/196523#M2134

It seems that you were affected by the ‘BCC Foldering agent’. You can also try to run a message trace to check the delivery status.

    Thanks,

    Kyrie

    Hi Imran Iftikhar (Imran.Iftikhar),

According to your description, the emails from your company automatically go to your custom subfolder in Outlook, right? If so, it should be affected by some rules. As you said you’ve checked almost anywhere and cannot find the related rules. You can try to open Outlook with the ‘outlook.exe /cleanrules’ command to starts Outlook and deletes client-based and server-based rules.

Important If you have multiple or additional mailboxes in your Outlook profile, running the /cleanrules command line switch deletes the rules from all connected mailboxes. Therefore, it is recommended that you only run this command when your Outlook profile only contains the one, target mailbox.

    Best Regards,

    Kyrie
