My mums hotmail email address has been temporarily suspended by hotmail. She has tried everything possible to unblock it. She used a landline as her contact number and of course microsoft cant send a code to a landline. She has tried everything recommended to recover her account. Even that stupid online form. She never ever sends emails just receives so when the form asks her for her most recent sent emails with subject line she obviously doesnt have any... Can anyone help on here. If only there was someone for her to talk to!!!! She is beside herself that she cant get into her emails. She doesnt want to create a new one is this one is linked to her facebook etc.... She is 75 years old lives alone in the UK. Surely someone can help her?

If she's tried all these (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12429/microsoft-account-sign-in-cant) and is still unsuccessful at accessing her account there isn't anyone to talk to that will give access as she won't have verifiable proof the account is hers.

I don't make the rules, just letting you know what Microsoft's are.

What else does she need to do to prove it? She has given name date of birth address country where the account was opened, post code last recent emails received with date time and subject. How else can she prove its hers. And not only that there is not a human to talk to or a support phone number.

If she creates a new account will she lose all her prized emails?

If she can't prove that she is the owner of the account then no one will give her access. The only option may be to create a new account.
