Get device TPM version with Graph API

I try to request some information about managedDevices including the TPM version which is visible through the web GUI. I call "GET /deviceManagement/managedDevices" but the property "deviceHealthAttestationState" has mostly empty values including the TPM related. The same with the property "hardwareInformation" when I use beta API. Does anybody have an idea why Graph API does not return those properties?
