Cannot open SSRS report attachment in excel

I have a SSRS report that runs at 6:00 am every day. The subscription section of the report the check box for 'include link' and 'include report' is checked:

The issue is when I get the report every morning the excel attachment doesn't open and I get a error message below:

I have recreated the report and still the same thing. All the other reports with attachment are working fine.

Any help will be appreciated

    Hi @Ali Ahad ,

    All the other reports with attachment are working fine.

    Do you mean opening reports in other formats?
    I don’t think it’s a matter of subscription and format. The problem may come from Excel.
