- Since you mentioned this problem occurs on June 11, did you update the Office applications or the Windows OS?
- About the hyperlink, what link do you use? If you try using another link, for example, www.office.com, will this problem occur?
- Give us some screenshots about the symptom. Please use www.office.com as the hyperlink.
- Do any other user in your organization encounter the same problem?
