Using older versions of Outlook for Mac in business environments

First, please make sure that the Outlook app has installed the latest update. See Check for Office for Mac updates automatically.
After that, quit Outlook and other Office apps.
- Go to KeyChain Access from your Utilities folder
- Search "Gmail/Google" under Login --> All Items and delete everything
- Launch Outlook
