Error in downloading my microsoft the AI Classroom Series June session

Question

I attend Microsoft AI classroom series and successfully pass the assessment and got 73.33%. Today I received mail from Microsoft to download certificate.
Also I entered same email id that I use at the time of registration but they shows error "You are not verified.". So what can I do now?
Please help me.
