Scheduling and managing events using Outlook.com calendar
Thank you for getting back to us. In Outlook, you can sort tasks by categories or subject for your own needs. After sorting tasks by categories, you can easily find the certain tasks based on the specific categories or subject. Please be guided by the steps below:
- Open Outlook.
- Click on View tab.
- Select View Settings.
- Click on Sort. You will then have an option to modify your settings. You will see other options when you click on Filter > More Choices tab > Categories.
