External Email Warning Message

Hello,

There is a user that got the following message error when he sent an email with attachments to a customer outside our organization. I would like to know where this message is configured on office 365 portal. Please see below:

	EXTERNAL EMAIL: If unknown sender,<br>do not click links/attachments.<br>Never give out your user ID or password.	<br>	---

He received this message after the customer replied to the emails copying other members of our team.

I’d like to confirm the following information for further analysis:

1.Do you add any transport rule, like disclaimer?

2.Do you set any data loss policy?

3.Is the user pure online user or does she have on-premises environment?

4.In which situation does the reminder show? Please provide a screenshot about the symptom with the whole reminder.

5.As an admin, please run a message trace to check the details and provide a screenshot about the result as below:
