Can we prevent external users from copy/Paste, print or download Files

Question

We added some presentations using modern web parts mainly File Viewer modern web part, but my question is if can we prevent external users from copy, print or download the presentation directly from the web part and if they directly access the files? so external users can only read the presentation from the screen without the ability to Print,Copy/Paste or download the files?

Yes, to an extent. You can limit certain functionalities or block access altogether, as detailed here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/control-access-from-unmanaged-devices#limit-access
Do note that nothing can prevent the user from taking a screenshot, or snapping a photo of the opened document with his smartphone. So if the goal is to secure access to some documents, best look into AIP.

As far as I know, there is no way to prevent external user from copy, print or download the presentation directly from the File Viewer web part, it is by design.
