PC Health Check about upgrade of WIN11

Question

Hi,

I am using Windows 10 and want to upgrade to Win11.I have check it through PC Health Check and shows the message as " Your Organization manages updates on this PC".

How to fix this issue and request your advise on this at the earliest.
