Azure CDN endpoint custom domain stuck in pending validation

Hello,
since we migrated our DNS records to Microsoft 365 we have issues with Azure CDN custom domain validation for SSL certificate - it stuck in pending domain validation step.
When trying to cancel the process it says it is not possible at this stage.
How it is possible to resolve this issue?
Following Azure CDN endpoints are affected:
infostrategy.azureedge.net for domain www.infostrategy.lv
infostrategyjira.azureedge.net for domains jira.infostrategy.lv, atbalsts.infostrategy.lv, service.infostrategy.lv

Still waiting for the second endpoint infostrategyjira.azureedge.net. Strange it is taking so long... -

Nick Hauenstein 1 Reputation point Microsoft Employee2022-12-29T05:25:12.29+00:00 Let's assume I don't have email setup for the domain in question at all, and the administrative contact for the domain is actually a pointer to a webpage to fill out a contact form (e.g., consider how the whois info shows up for the loopback domain mycloudapp.net). Is this process even possible?
There's no indication of whether or not it has attempted and/or succeeded to simply query the CNAME record or whether it has decided that the only route is email verification. The process can not be monitored, cancelled, or progressed further without contacting support via a paid support request. That's not a great experience at the moment.
