Azure exam problem

Actually, i have a slot tody 7pm IST, but it doesn't accpted camera and microphone even its working, that's why i unable to attend exam today, i tried before it working fine but today it showing an error like troubleshoot microphone and camera.

So please me chance to attend the exam, because i prepared very well for this exam,

My kind request schedule my exam.
