Quick Parts

Does anyone know how to add "quick parts" to the main ribbon.

Here's the scenario...I want to quickly reply to an email using a template.  I DO NOT want to have to open or "pop out" my message in order to make the Insert > Quick Parts option available.  I want Insert > Quick Parts to be in the ribbon without having to "pop out" the message.  I've tried to customize the ribbon but cannot find Insert or Quick Parts to add.

Why is this so difficult to achieve?  Why does Microsoft make it so difficult to customize outlook to user preferences?

All I want is quick parts available in my ribbon when I reply to an email ...WITHOUT having to "pop out" the message.  200 emails per day, help me make my life easier Microsoft.

Hi Luke,

We understand that you want to use Quick Parts without having to click on Pop Outjust to make this feature available. However, as of the moment, the only way to access Quick Parts is to click on Pop Out. By this, we would suggest that you post your idea in Outlook UserVoice for Microsoft developers to attend to this feedback as this is a convenient way to make use of the features in Outlook.

We appreciate your kind understanding on this matter. Rest assured that we value your feedback in improving our services.

Should you need anything else, do no hesitate to get back to us.
