How to test Outlook add-in on mobile device

Question

I have created a Microsoft Outlook Add-In that works perfectly in the Microsoft Outlook desktop and web client. But how can i test it in the Microsoft Outlook iOS or Android app?

I have added the mobile form factor to the manifest, sideloaded the manifest.xml file using the Outlook Web app but it doesn't show up in the Outlook mobile app.

Am i missing something here?
