My computor doesnt have hdmi input, how do i give it hdmi input?

I wanted to stream ps3 to my pc but the hdmi port is output only so I cant, if someone knows how please tell me

If you're lucky enough to have a laptop with an HDMI input port – and only in this case – can you get your PS3 to play on a laptop monitor.
Unfortunately, your scenario is not lucky…
So, you will need a USB HDMI capture device.

This is a device that allows our computer to capture HDMI video. Useful if you want to record your gameplay.
If you just want a portable video display, then you'd be better off just purchasing a small HDMI monitor, which would be a fraction of the cost of a capture device like this.
