Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management

I'm glad to offer help on your situation. In Outlook for Windows, Focused Inbox is available only for Office 365, Exchange, and Outlook.com accounts. This should a client only problem, you can try to new a group in View Tabs and add Focused Inbox again to see if this problem persists.
Try to add Focused Inbox back to the View ribbon
- Gp to File > Options > Customize Ribbon.
- Under Choose commands from select All Tabs and under Customize the Ribbon select Main Tabs.
- In the column on the right, select View.
- From the column on the left search under View for Focused Inbox and if you see it, select it and click the Add >> button in the middle to add it to the View section on the right. You need to new a group to add Focused Inbox to the View Tab.
