Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
I decided to reboot my router/modem and that seemed to fix the warning message... thx
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
My Outlook is connected to Microsoft Exchange and I can send and receive emails. However, just yesterday I keep getting a yellow warning message under the menu ribbon that states: CHECK YOUR CONNECTION To get new email, use your browser to sign in to [my network name] Open Browser
When I click on the underlined sentence or the Open Browser icon, it just takes me to the MSN website...
Why am I getting this message? I keep getting it...
Thx

Hi RikEvl,
May I confirm if this is a Microsoft 365 business account has this problem?
If so, you can use SaRA tool to diagnose this symptom. It can help you fix some common errors. For your reference: About the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant
A corrupted profile could be a possible cause, you can go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings, On the Email tab, choose your account (profile), and then choose Repair to check how it goes.
If the problem persists, please provide a screenshot of your Product information page for further analysis. You can check it via File > Office Account.
Regards,
Sylvie
