It is run HLK with WBF USB/SPI driver (UMDF) on Win10 october v.21390.2025.

A crash with exception code 0x80000003 occurred in module "vrfcore.dll" in process "WUDFHost.exe"

Message:

The fail HLK item as below, all fail as some reason:

DF-PNP Remove Deivce Test(Reliability)

DF-PNP DIF Remove Device Test(Reliability)

    In my case it is on Windows 11 iso

    I got the same issue and had no idea why.
    However, I found a workaround to pass this test case.

    1. uninstall "Application Verifier x64 External Package-x64_en-us" in Settings -> Apps -> "Apps & features"
    2. delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-> SOFTWARE-> Microsoft-> Windows NT-> CurrentVersion-> Image File Execution Options -> WUDFHost.exe
    3. reboot and retest
