I sent an email with a request for a delivery receipt. I received the following:

Delivery to these recipients or groups is complete, but no delivery notification was sent by the destination server. what does this mean?

    Hi TJ,

    Just confirm if you encounter the error after you send emails to external users. If yes, from the error message, it may occur if the recipient organization doesn't allow delivery reports. You can refer to the following article to let recipient admin to set allow option to fix the issue.
