Reset Outlook to a relatively clean initial state:
(Note: This operation will remove all the settings in Outlook. Please back up the emails in the Outlook program first, but delete the configuration information from Outlook. The server will not be affected. You can view all the emails on the web page)
- Press and hold the Windows key + R key at the same time, enter regedit, press Enter to open the registry editor;
- Find the following key values and rename outlook and Addins to outlookold and Addinsold: (if a key value is not found, ignore it)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\outlook
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\outlook
- Restart the computer, open Outlook, reconfigure the Outlook mailbox, and confirm whether it is normal.
Hope this helps, and have a nice day.
Best Regards,
