how long does it take for a shared maibox to replicate (using O365 ) ? its receiving emails from yahoo but not gmail yet..just wondering..thnx

Hi Michael,

Greetings.

Thank you for raising your concern in this community.

The shared mailbox works with the use of permissions. So as long as you have the required permisions you should be able to send emails to the shared mailbox.

Could please confirm if it is affecting one gmail sender or all gmail sender?

Do the sender get a Non Delivery Report after sending the emails?
