GSSMO problem

Hey guys,

I have some work email addresses that I wanted all to appear in outlook. I tried to add them as another account but I can't get it to work.

I then used a GSSMO program to run in which I have now successfully got my Gsuite emails on my outlook.

HOWEVER,

I wanted them all on one account. Now when I open outlook, I have to specify what account I want to see. My main outlook or my Gsuite emails.

I was just trying to get my Gsuite emails added as a separate account so I have all my emails in one place.

Any suggestions on how to add my GSSMO Gsuite emails onto my primary outlook account?

Hello Rocksy09,

From your description, may I understand you'd like to add multiple GSSMO G Suite emails into the same Outlook profile? If so, since creating new Outlook profile is one of the steps when using GSSMO, it is not available to add GSSMO G Suite emails within one Outlook profile. As a workaround, you can configure them via IMAP in the same profile. But if you add them as IMAP account, calendar, contacts and others except emails won't sync. To add them, here is an article for your reference: Use advanced setup to add a POP or IMAP email account in Outlook for PC.

For the problem when you are using GSSMO to add G Suite account into Outlook, it is suggested that you also contact the support team there and they may provide more professional assistance about it.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and supports.

Regards,

Seven
